As the Founder & Creative Director of 90 Degrees Social Events and Planning, Yoanda has managed to turn her skill and passion of planning into a business opportunity. With vast experience in the industry, one can say she is a trailblazer ready to take over and change the game.

Her passion for making people happy and her attention to detail is the driving force of making each one of her events unique and memorable. Not only is she a perfectionist; she is also a hardworking and smart lady who strives to ensure that every event is as special as possible.

What's special about our company? Well our services are designed for the discerning client who is seeking complete event planning, co-ordination from start to finish.

1. Consultation
   

An opportunity to create a client and planner relationship where we get discuss your dream event as well as your budget.

2. Design & Feedback

We will provide you with feedback which is presented in the form of a mood board as our team aims to WOW you away.

3. Production

After you have given us the go ahead, all you have to do is setback and relax while we work to make your vision come to life. We ensure to keep you updated on a regular basis.

4. Execution & Production

The day has finally arrived! We will be fully hands on for the entire duration of your event as we ensure that everything is executed perfectly.

Full Event Planning

Our full event planning service is designed for clients who are seeking complete event planning and coordination from start to finish.

This includes:

Budget determination

Timeline creation

Sourcing, booking and corresponding with all vendors (including but not limited to venue, caterer, decor rentals, entertainment, photographer and stationery)

Design & Decor development

Menu recommendations

Event Management on Day of Event

On the day co-ordination is a vital aspect of any special event. 90 Degrees will manage all aspects on the day including suppliers and guest liaison. A comprehensive timing document will be drawn up to ensure that your event runs on time without delay or issues. This service will commence on the morning of the event and will conclude after the evening formalities.

A few things to note.

I only require decor for my event, can you assist me?

Unfortunately, we do not offer decor on its own as we have to uphold the quality of our events. Our full event planning package includes decor styling, design and execution.

Do you offer wedding co-ordination services?

Yes we do. On the day co-ordination is a vital aspect of a wedding. We are able to assist in ensuring that the programme for the day runs smoothly and well co-ordinated. Our Platinum package is most suitable for weddings, however please contact us if you only require on the day co-ordindation.

How much should I budget for your services?

Our packages range from R5 200 to R13 400. We spend an average of 120 hours on full service event planning, our time is to be compensated for.

When can I contact you to start planning my special day?

As soon as possible. We wish we were magicians and we could plan in 24 hours, however it is impossible. We require a minimum of 14 working days. As we are an exclusive company we are only able to accommodate one event per weekend and two events per week day, therefore the sooner you contact us, the more likely your date is available.

Recently, I had to plan a surprise 21st Birthday Celebration for my friend and 90 DEGREES came to the rescue. I had to plan this all while in the middle of exams so I barely had time to actually be thorough with the planning. Yoanda gave me rest assured from the very first message that I sent her.

From the stunning table layout, to the balloons and my personal favourite, the cake! Everything was beyond what I had expected. They really had everything covered. The customer service is exceptional and she's quite friendly.

I most definitely look forward to working with her again in future.
